This Agreement is governed by current Ukrainian legislation, including but not limited to the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce,” the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising,” the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” the Law of Ukraine “On Principles of the State Language Policy,” and other laws and subordinate normative legal acts of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

The online store thepilochki.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) on one side, and the purchaser \/ customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) on the other side, commit to comply with the terms of this Agreement in their legal relations.<\/p>\n

\n

1. USER REGISTRATION, PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION, AND CONFIDENTIALITY<\/h2>\n

1.1. By placing an order on the thepilochki.ua website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), as well as filling out questionnaires, forms, and surveys sent from the Site, the Client agrees to the terms of this Agreement.<\/p>\n

1.2. The Seller collects, stores, and processes the following personal data of the Client: surname, first name, email address, contact telephone numbers, postal address. All this information is necessary for the Seller to properly provide services and handle Client orders. By ordering on the Site, the Client unconditionally and irrevocably consents to any processing of their personal data, consent to storage in the Seller\u2019s databases, as well as the transfer of their personal data to any third party by methods and for purposes not prohibited by the current legislation of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

1.3. Personal information obtained from the Client is confidential. The Seller commits not to disclose it to third parties, except when data transfer is provided for or not prohibited by Ukrainian law. Providing information to agents and third parties acting under contract with the Seller to fulfill obligations to the Client is not considered a breach. The Seller reserves the right to transfer Client data (delivery address, surname, and phone number) to the carrier company and\/or courier service cooperating with the Seller.<\/p>\n

1.4. Processing and use of the Seller\u2019s database is conducted in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.”<\/p>\n

1.5. Every Client retains the right of access to their personal data, the right to make corrections, and the right to request cessation of data processing by the Seller.<\/p>\n

1.6. The Seller reserves the right to use the Client\u2019s personal information for marketing purposes (analyzing product sales data, website traffic analysis, email distribution, etc.).<\/p>\n

1.7. By registering on the Seller\u2019s site and providing personal data, the Client agrees to provide accurate information about themselves.<\/p>\n

\n

2. ACCEPTANCE AND PROCESSING OF CLIENT ORDERS<\/h2>\n

Purchasing products from the Seller by the Client is possible in two ways: online and via telephone.<\/p>\n

2.1. Online purchase:<\/p>\n

Done by adding the desired product to the cart on thepilochki.ua website, and on the official social network pages of the Seller such as Facebook and Instagram.<\/p>\n

2.2. Phone purchase:<\/p>\n

Orders can be made by phone at: +38 067 220 9 220.<\/p>\n

2.3. After placing an order on the Seller\u2019s site, the Client waits for a call from the store manager or an SMS in the messenger to clarify order details.<\/p>\n

2.4. An order is not considered completed nor will be processed by the Seller until the Client confirms the order status by phone or messenger, except for cash-on-delivery orders via Nova Poshta.<\/p>\n

2.5. Some orders may be completed without confirmation.<\/p>\n

2.6. After the Seller processes and confirms the order, it is considered that the parties have concluded a purchase-sale agreement with the rights and obligations established by Ukrainian law unless otherwise stated in the purchase-sale agreement.<\/p>\n

3. DELIVERY AND PAYMENT<\/h2>\n

3.1. Courier delivery (NOVA POSHTA):<\/p>\n

From Monday to Friday, the Seller passes the order details to the courier delivery service. If the Client confirms the order by 8:00 PM, it will be handed over to the delivery service for delivery the next day between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM, if the product is in stock. Standard delivery cost is 45 UAH. Urgent delivery or weekend delivery is discussed individually and cost is calculated separately.<\/p>\n

3.2. Self-pickup at the office:<\/p>\n

Clients can personally pick up their goods at the office if they wish.<\/p>\n

3.3. Regional delivery:<\/p>\n

Across Ukraine, delivery is done by Nova Poshta within 3 days from order placement. Costs and details depend on your region and package size.<\/p>\n

3.4. The Seller assumes no responsibility for any Client losses related to delayed delivery and is exempt from penalties.<\/p>\n

3.5. The Client may refuse the goods or reschedule delivery at a convenient time by notifying the Seller at +38 067 220 9 220:<\/p>\n
