Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.

For orders from 2000 UAH, delivery is FREE.

We provide an individual approach to each client and deliver throughout Ukraine in the way that’s most convenient for you.
The main and most convenient option is shipment via Nova Poshta.
For cash on delivery, the company pays for delivery (if the order amount is from 2000 UAH), and the client pays the return shipping for the funds (commission: 20 UAH for processing + 2% of the order amount).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY VIA UKRPOSHTA

Delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks.

Prepayment of 100% including delivery cost is required.

After placing your order:

If the order is paid, the manager verifies the delivery address and sends your order

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” the buyer has the right to exchange goods for a similar item within 14 days if the purchased item does not suit by shape, size, style, color, or for other reasons, and if the item’s condition, labels, and receipt are intact. Funds will be returned to your card within 3 banking days of receiving the returned item, provided it meets our return conditions.
